Nice deer! I don't have any personal experience w/ the 30-30 or the 30-30 LeverEvolution ammo. IIRC, the LeverEvolution's main advantage over the traditional 30-30 loads is higher velocity, hence flatter trajectory. If you don't need either of these, I'd stick w/ traditional 30-30 loads. The 30-30 is a fine close-moderate range deer hunting cartridge. After over 100 years of field use and experience loading 30-30 ammo, the ammo makers have it pretty well worked out. Grab ya a box each of 150 and 170 RN 30-30 ammo from Rem or Win and hunt w/ whatever shoots best in your gun.
