I posted a picture of the deer - as you can see there are no exits on the side shown (shot on other side). I know the .30-.30 is not a fast bullet, but I still expected a behind the sholder shot at 50 yards to poke right through the deer. It would be hard to trial a deer with a tiny entry wound only.
Have you had luck getting any other rounds to exit?
