In near 100% of the cases you can buy a timeshare way cheaper on the aftermarket than from one of their sales pitch people.

Where would one look for this?

eBay for one.

1. Make sure you're buying from a reputable seller.
2. Verify you're buying a lifetime timeshare and have a guaranteed week.
3. Look closely for the closing cost/transfer fee which is normally not included in the auction price.

You could get a deal, <$1000 total, if you are patient.
