I'm gonna be honest with you guys, my black and white solo movie themes are pretty awesome.
The movies color in the letters, the rest black and white like a boss.

Eh, not a fan, and not just because it's a movie I'm so-so on. It's just too limited in scope with little meaning. HAL had a lot of meaning, The Godfather theme, not so much. Neither would Star Wars or Matrix.
It's different on the game board, without NES you don't have anything else really. Not true of film....
Unless....
Is the only "movie theme" theme I could accept.
Black and White Color, Moon as the O.

We're getting a lot of cool input. I would personally vote no against the Oscar. Mainly bc i think the oscars are a sham. Though Oscar himself is one of the more recognizable things for film in general.

Because HAL is a symbol for observation, for a camera, for the audience, etc. HAL's meaning is beyond the film, in terms of this project. AND he looks like a camera.
The Godfather just looks like and just means the Godfather. As does Star Wars and the Matrix.

Also, I can't believe a few people think there is any possible way Chicken can/will make the ads gray scale for just this board.

I am very calm, you made your point, you dont like it,which is fine, no need to just keep trashing it. You think the black is and i think it is sleek and i think yours is too cartoonish looking...different strokes
i just like the TD lettering and dont want to change it, would rather incorporate it into a new logo.
