That's a reasonable explanation, but I would've killed her in a heartbeat if I were in that black guy's situation.

She was the front runner going into the match, which is why that group sought (and rightly so) to eliminate her first. If he did this because he thought she wasn't a threat, he clearly wasn't intelligent.

But the alliances didn't make much sense to me. I'd just get up and slit their throats during the first or second night.
