Maybe if we'd stop giving raises for mediocre performances we could afford to buy out contracts. But as it stands, we no longer give raises for excellence. We give raises when our mediocre coach threatens us and a portion of our fan base bends over, grabs their ankles and says "please sir can I have another?!"

I don't want a new coach. Miles needs to stay. What we need is a new approach by our coach and possibly a new OC.

We need:
a) an OC who can execute and call his game.
b) an AD that defines to Miles the real expectations for the program...
Cholly Mac got fired because he could never beat AL in the games that counted..keep that in mind.
...and we are land-locked in the west SEC.
c) coaches that do not act complacently...a win is not a win, we must live up to our ability.
d) develop QB play by using THEIR assets in the game plan, as opposed to FORCING them to fit a game plan they can not execute....this is for the OC to do.
