There were huge expectations. People actually thought that Stoops would have at least 3 titles by now. Yea he has owned a pass happy conference but is 1 of 3 in title games. That is far from owning

Dude has never finished worse than 3rd in his division and has been the coach there since 1999, and that's with 9 seasons winning it or tied for first.
