I don't think this guy is an ace recruiter, hell arkansas isn't exactly a hot bed for talent just a good guy to have on staff I guess. Is JB Grimes well connected in Arkansas also? I'm guessing he's well connected around the southeast he's coached a lot.

JB Grimes like Gus, got his start coaching in High School in Arkansas, but a long, long time ago.
