If the numbers at the beginning of the highlight video are correct, which I'm sure they are, he's at 4,693 career yds right now. Hilliard's record is 8,603. So a 3,910 yd difference.

It'll be fun to watch him chase that in the coming years. Guy looks like an absolute stud out there.

Pretty sure they'll be running together next season at UHigh.

ETA: I also think we'll be taking 3 RBs in the '15 class.

He really showed it at the beginning of this past season when the 4 seniors from the OL that were well-oiled had passed on and this year's line had some initial growing pains. He never stopped running hard. He is a relentless runner, especially near the goal line. Wish we'd have given him the rock on the final drive against ECA-he was treating their tacklers like speed bumps that night.

And for the critics that always came on here and said he appeared slow, well, he always pulled away from the DB's chasing him this year. Remember, he only has to be faster than the guys trying to tackle him.

He's getting older and faster with the same big frame. He still isn't a burner or anything close, but he's molding into the ideal RB.

Very impressive video, physical, quick feet, relentless and good vision. Kinda reminds me of Kenny Hilliard, but a little faster.
He has two years to get faster, but, the quote above is kinda stupid considering <1% of the guys chasing him in 2A football will be chasing him in FBS Football.

agreed, definitely still has a lot of work to do in the speed department, but 2 years will help that

Saw him play against my daughter's school this year(Loyola...they have the Snoopy logo on their field) and he was a one man show. Had like 24 carries for 211 yards and 6 rushing touchdowns. He's gonna be a great one. Brumfield was paving the way for him.
