I don't understand why any fan of LSU football would try to discount our win against Oregon. I agree with Groupee. In the second half of the game, it was the Ducks that was worn out.
Sure, it was an impressive win, though the +3 turnover margin, including one scoop and score, had a lot to do with it, coupled with Brad Wing going HAM on punts. But yes, it was a complete win. I'm still not sure how a single data point proves that Les Miles is always and forever the superior coach.
Kelly has had a more impressive run the past 4 years than Miles, and one head to head result doesn't change that.

You can't look at the turnover margin of that game and label it an outlier. LSU's defense is an opportunistic one. It was designed to let players play a little undisciplined and to roam around with the expectation that they will get turnovers. It is not like Bama's defense which is more about discipline and more lock down.
I don't know who said that Miles is forever superior to Kelly but as far as accomplishments go, Miles has a more impressive resume. He has a national championship ring and a very good winning percentage against much stiffer competition.

They play in the PAC 12 which hasn't done shite compared to what the SEC has done, they are 1-2 against the SEC including a beat down by LSU, and Kelly only has two more wins than Les even with them playing a weaker schedule.
