I'm not sure where this idea comes from that Oregon only runs fast. They mix tempo up all the time. They just went on a 5 minute, 10 play drive to close out the KSU game.
They take the extra time when it benefits them and go quickly when it benefits them. It's all situational.

During the game.. when they are trying to build a lead.. they hurry up and blaze through plays after every successful play.
