The biggest thing I know about crawfish is their water temp. to 'run'.
It's gotta be above 65F for any serious movement.

I have no idea how warm the water is in Manchac my app doesn't gauge the water temp there. I know that around the Tchefuncte River I have been catching redfish so the water can't be bad, and that's with all of this rain aroun NYE.
