Harper is the tough call that I would like to see made. $15mil of cap hit the next two years for him makes my stomach upset. Praying for at least a renegotiated deal to reduce and spread the hit out.

I don't think any player anticipating returning would do that. Unless they have already told MJ he's gone that wouldn't be so.

This board has done a complete 180 on Jenkins. Midseason everybody was claiming Jenkins was a staple of this defense. He was usually 1 of maybe only 4 guys ppl would say they would keep on this defense for next year.
Taken contract situations off the table, I would cut Jenkins because he does more damage on the field than Smith.

Cut both. But if only one, I would cut Smith. He's slowing, not nearly as effective on pass rush, and he's a liability versus the run. Teams run right at him. He's done.
