Finishes up the season as the teams leading rusher. 142 carries for 755 yards with 12 touchdowns. This despite not playing in 3 games and in the Towson and Florda games he had 1 and 2 carries respectively.

After he became our main back,he had 129 carries for 684 yards and 10 touchdowns in 7 games or about 98 yards per game.

He looks to be a tremendous talent so lets hope we find an OC whos not a simpleton who doesn't bench Hill after big plays or bench him for a full quarter or maybe with an OC who realizes that when you have a special back, a 3 back rotation is a a must.

just don't understand how you bench a RB averaging 10 yards a carry for an entire quarter

Jeremy Hill + 4 returning starter on the Oline = dominant running

that's if he's not on the bench

with a stud like hill, you give him the ball 30 times a game and let him eat

Les didn't want to lower his ypc avg with 4th quarter carries in a meaningless exhibition, so he can be on 2013 doak walker preseason watch list.

He was amazing. That's why I look for him to get 18 carries next season.

I can't wait until next season. We are going to see REAL power football. Mano a Mano, running the ball, power on power. Between the tackles where the boys are separated from the men.

The irresistible force crashes into the immovable object !

It's going to be a massive display of POWER.

And just when the opponent least expects it:

BUBBLE SCREEN !

We are going to LOVE next football season.

It doesn't fit with the Miles playbook, especially in the last 2:47 and the Miles Hurry Up Offense that is the most efficient in not wasting time or timeouts in the NCAA. They were back off the field with 1:30 left in the game and no time outs burned by Clemson. That's efficiency for you!!!

Maybe he was tired.

OR maybe he was being held in reserve for Overtime.

All you have to know is this: there must have been a good reason.

Our run game will be ridiculous next season we just need a DECENT passing attack to complement it.

2nd and 2 would have been a good time to run JH.

After Hill got us into the endzone on our first drive, Clemson had the ball for 4:19. Offense comes out and its Michael Ford in the backfield. Didn't get another carry until 2 minutes left in the quarter.

After hills 57 yarder for a score, Ford was the first back on the field. Then Ware on 2nd down. Then Hill came back. LSU punted, then when we got the ball back from Clemson, Hilliard was the back.

I'm not saying that Hill shouldn't have had the ball, but we only ran 9 plays in the 4th quarter, and that includes 3 punts.

It's not like we ran 20 plays and he didn't see the field. Once again, he should have gotten a carry over the two that Hilliard got (in my opinion).

Overtime, in case Clemson got a 50 yard safety?

Yes that must be in. Miles always one step ahead
