LSU is still an elite program.
but lacks elite head coaching, QB coaching, and offensive coordinator coaching. This is the failure that caused our loses against Alabama twice and Clemson the past two years.

The concern is losing the belief of your players. If players don't totally buy in to what you are coaching or promoting, uncertainty sets in and mental errors occur. The defense believes in Chief and it shows...The offense is inconsistent because they do not believe...We have another off season of Les getting players not to jump ship because he doesn't have the courage to provide them with the coaching and leadership they came to LSU to receive. It's time for Les to show is players he is serious by hiring a legitimate OC and get out the way

LSU and Les are 23-4 over the past two years, they are an elite program and they have a elite
coach that has brought more talent to LSU football in the last 5 years than the preivous 100. Come on Les has brought LSU to highest level in LSU football history.
