The missing ingredient for the O all these years is "rhythm".

A good rhythm is the best way a coach can help his QB during a game, which is accomplished with sensible play calling.

Of course there are times, when a good D just won't allow the offense to establish any rhythm. But even against poor defense, the times are few and far between that we see any type of rhythm or flow from our offense.

Is it any wonder our QBs struggle year after year regardless of the name on the jersey.

our offense since 2009 has been pretty boom/bust OUTSIDE of 2011 when we just had a magical ability to run over teams and get timely turnovers/special teams errors by opponents
