i think the libertarian conscience in this country is growing, though
more young people getting engaged and not liking the status quo

i've seen VOR post a lot on here and most of what he says is substantive stuff. i don't see him going on the offensive much

Perhaps, and if his platform were purely libertarian he may make waves. But I seem to remember some fairly serious faux pas (more along the line of social conservatism) on his part when it comes to a couple of issues.

some are getting involved with obama and some are embracing the libertarian angle. i think the libertarians are more married to the ideas and the obama kids are more married to the man himself
i think he'd have enough support to be somewhat relevant, but i think he'd have to abandon purely libertarian principles in some policy situations
