Ate lunch at the Mandeville location; I decided on the Bistro Bomber sammich
. Very good & inexpensive for lunch ($8.99). There were so many entrees I wanted to try (pot roast, pork chop, etc.). And I really want to order the carrot soufflé next time I go.

Byronz is probably my favorite place to eat in BR.
That pot roast you passed on is off the hook.

Their Beaucoup Burger is my favorite. Best blue cheese burger around if you ask me.

tried the one in Lafayette 3 times. Have enjoyed the talapia almondine and tenderloins so far. Looking forward to going back...

I've been to the Baton Rouge location a couple of times. Only really remember the cassoulet. It was good, but too salty. Think that it was just an accident in the kitchen. I still enjoyed it.

Pot roast is outstanding, all the soups are good, chili also. Tuna and burgers are also good

Oh....I remember someone telling me that wasn't on the menu in Mandeville but if you ask they will make it for you.

Excellent lunch spot. Take the recommendations on this thread, but be adventurous. I doubt you'll be terribly disappointed no matter your order.

+1 for all the suggestions so far. Never had anything less than an outstanding meal at the BR location. One of my favorite places when I come to town.

Not sure what its called but I had some salad dressing there once that LL recommended and it was awesome.
Pretty disappointing they have tilapia on their menu though.
