Not official yet, but San Diego Chargers coach Norv Turner and general manager A.J. Smith will be fired Monday, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Andy Reid - He just needs a change of scenery.
My personal opinion would be that Reid takes a year off of coaching. The man had a very tough year and could probably use a year to recharge the batteries and handle family issues. I could see him doing small work for ESPN (perhaps Sunday morning pregame show) to occupy time.
