I make a lot of ice cream. I don't use eggs in my recipes. I use a very simple base recipe as a starting point. This is the base recipe I use:

1 1/2 cups of milk

2 cups of heavy cream

3/4 cup of sugar

Vanilla extract to taste (anywhere from 1 tsp to 3 tsps, depending on the flavor I'm making)

I don't use eggs in my recipes.

Here's a recipe for coffee ice cream.

Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of milk

¾ cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla

3 tablespoons freeze dried coffee

2 cups of cream

Directions:

1. Dissolves the sugar into the milk.

2. Incorporate the vanilla into the mixture.

3. Incorporate the freeze dried coffee into the mixture.

4. Add the cream. Stir gently until fully incorporated.

5. Add the mixture to the ice cream bowl.

6. Churn for approximately 20 minutes.*

*Note: Churning times may vary, depending on how cold the gel ring is, the temperature in the room, etc. When the ice cream looks like it’s done, it is done. Do not over churn.
