There is an improved camping area, Tom Merril Recreation Area, that is very close to the shooting range. The Tom Merril Recreation Area is on the left when you are coming into the wma from Bellevue. I believe there is a sign on the Bodcau Dam road where the road to the recreation area turns off. The turn is just past the Army Corps of Engineers' office that you can see on the right when entering the wma, and across the Bodcau Dam road from the road that goes down to the boat launch When crossing the dam going to the range you can see the rec area on the left at the bottom of the dam beside the outflow channel of the spillway. There is a fee to camp there, but I'm not sure off hand what it is. It's not much though and they have sites with camper hookups as well as sites for tent camping.
