Many people forget that Jason Peters was a tight end at Arkansas. He's one of the best tackles on the planet. Peters did play around 295-300 at arky though

That's an exception. Not the rule. I'm not saying its unheard of, just rare. It's not easy for grown men to gain 45 lbs of muscle and not lose speed.
