Is it really trolling if it has been done in over a dozen threads about the exact same recruit?
Yes, that makes it even harder trolling.

Actually, this isn't true. It isn't his choice. LSU stopped pursuing due to off field issues. If LSU truly wanted him, they would be pressing. See all other instate players that LSU truly coveted that have left the state. The glaring difference is the staff never stopped pressing if it was a guy they coveted.
People, I really would like to know what sources are being used concerning these "off-field issues" ?!?!?! I know this kid personally, I've been reading the shite that has been posted about him for months. Some of you should Really be ashamed of yourselves for saying such shite and spreading lies! 95% of the stuff that's being said and speculated on concerning Tim is absolutely false! Everyone needs to take a chill pill. The young man will do what he feels is best for him....PERIOD! Whatever his final choice is, in the end life will go on for all parties involved! And before you ask, NO I don't know what his choice will be! I haven't asked, and he hasn't told. I just know he is a good kid who doesn't deserve the lies that are being spread!

So 2 years in a row we lose the #1 recruit from the state?

Williams is not the number 1 player in the state. Beckwith is then i would say white, boutte,Desean Smith. Williams had a bad yr this yr and has off field issues!

has off field issues!

The mysterious off the field issues. Never actually verified by anyone. On the contrary, shot down by people close to the situation. Yet the rumors persist. It's amazing how this phrase comes up every year, either in recruiting or the draft, and nothing of substance is offered up to justify it. It just floats out there.

I agree with you bro....unfortunately that's how these message boards work...people come from know where and start the rumor...someone else sees it and then writes "but I heard he had off the field issues" and then the lies continue....no source...smh

I hope Tim has a great career no matter where he lands....I would love if he comes to LSU but if not he is TigerBait...

no source.

Well, in a lot of peoples defense there are sources. Like pay sites and other informed networks. I just think people are using the "off the field issues" instead of slandering a young kid who is trying to figure it out and I do not believe anyone is being malice because they are not posting the B.S. that has been reported.

ETA: Really sucks that we are not getting this kid. He is literally perfect for our system and would be a star here with our coaching. We are missing out on a good one.

I have it on good authority that he will end up at LSU, but he has never left the state and wants to experience the recruiting process. And he does not have character issues, in fact I hear he is a really good kid.

I hope you are right. The kid is a great athlete and we could use him with our lack of depth on the D-Line. I do not believe the character issue stuff either. There will continue to be speculation though, it sucks but it is the nature of recruiting.

I really think that there are two reasons LSU cooled on him:

1- his play this year wasn't that great, certainly not up to par with the best in la.

2- he clearly is looking to leave LA, despite having all these connections and a kid.

Good luck to him, it's his lose, not LSUs.

Why is it that the #1 recruit in the state changes from day to day depending on who is coming to LSU? Last week it was Beckwith, until he started to be considered an LSU lean. Now it's Williams because he's going out of state.

If Williams decides to commit to LSU, the best in-state player title goes to Ryan Hoefield I assume. That's how it works right?

I think it's Dobard, then Hoefield.

With the coaches all having kids at u high id think they know more. Word is he is not a bad kid just hanging out with the wrong crowd. Thats from pay sites.

I dont think he ends up at LSU. We have a nice dline class coming in assuming bain and the rest all sign.
