Not for a long time. Surely you've noticed that some websites serve mobile-specific pages, even though you visit the same URL as you might on a desktop/laptop. Well, TD's mobile site goes a step further and serves different pages to iPhones and others. Yeah, it's entirely possible (and desirable) to make mobile sites that scale to different resolutions, but for whatever reason the time was spent here to make it pixel-perfect on iPhones, and everyone else gets a scaling site that lacks a few features. It's really not a big deal as the mobile site is perfectly functional on my Android. Even if there was a refresh link I would still use my browser's refresh button.
