I've decided on my favs...

The clear favorite is Trappistes Rochefort 10 followed closely by the St. Bernardus Abt 12. Both are amazing.. Thanks to whomever warned me about the sediment in the Rochefort 10.

The very good/excellent group has Chimay Blue, Rochefort 8 and Westmalle.

Very good but not on par with the rest of the group was Chimay Red and Rochefort 6.

I honestly would pass on the Chimay Yellow and Maredsous. The taste of the Chimay yellow isn't my thing and the lingering aftertaste of the Maredsous was a bit unsettling.

Duvel will probably be in your very good group. I love Duvel but its lacking a little something that the rochefort ànd st bernadus has.

Try Tripel Karmeliet. Will probably be up by your top group.

Either way you've been drinking some really good beers

I didn't care as much for the St. Barnabus (although I did drink it at room temp). Chimay has been my favorite Belgian I've tried so far.

What he said.

Also try anything by Unibroue (La Fin du Monde and Maudite for example) or anything by Ommegang (Abbey Ale and Three Philosophers for example).

Good God, there are tons of Belgian beers. Most of the premium beers have been mentioned.

Some others, to take into account.

Delirium Tremens
Lucifer
St. Sebastiaan (spelling?)
Te Deum
Afflinger
Piraat
Grimbergen
Waterloo
Leffe
