Conspiracies don't have to be explicit. Obviously just being at the party or parties is not enough, but taking pictures, videos, and posting on twitter as a girl is being raped sounds like a pretty easy conspiracy case to me.

they weren't participating in the rape, though
i have taken plenty of pictures of stupid/fricked up shite at parties with being far removed from the stupid/fricked up shite
