I understand, and I'm not saying that what anon is doing is the right thing. I just think it's a consequence of the internet and it will always be an issue that we have to live with.
With that being said, it happened. Anon might have dug up some information that could help in the prosecution of some more individuals.

What I find interesting when the topic of Anon comes up on this board is the vitriol directed towards them from most of the people here, however, when amateur sleuths participate in cases like the Mickey Shunick murder, the wild accusations and prodding is actively encouraged.
Why the difference in attitude?
