there is a an ongoing criminal prosecution with 2 suspects in custody. this wasn't swept under the rug or anything

Just because there is a criminal prosecution doesn't mean that information isn't being covered up. I don't know all of the facts and neither do you, but from the videos it looks like more than two members could easily be hit with a conspiracy charge.

There were like 10 people involved.
2 were charged.
4 kids took pictures and videos of the girl/rape in progress, the ex BF of this girl set all of it up to happen, and another kid gave full play by play while it was going on in a video he made.
None of them are in trouble, when they should be.
