Is this a Glock 19 killer?

Really wanna get my hands on one, it's looking like my next handgun purchase.

Butt ugly, but I love the trigger for the type of pistol that it is.

I held one at a gun show a while back. It felt better in my hand than any gun I have ever held

I haven't heard one bad thing about it yet.

This would be for cc fwiw.

<---- P99 in 9mm, predecessor to the PPQ. I don't think it is as small as the G19 though.
Badass little pistol. 100% reliable for me on FFF with 500 rounds. The grips are interchangeable and will fit a female's hands really well.

It is much more accurate than my Glocks.

Until I see YouTube torture tests the glock 19 is still king.

Walther makes solid pistols. While the PPS is a single stack mag gun, the PPQ has a double stack mag. Some folks like to cc a double stack mag gun, but I prefer the thinner single stack mag guns.

Two things I don't like about the PPQ and PPS guns (and why I'll prolly never buy one):
1. The external safety lever operates the opposite of most safeties. For example, on the 1911, you flip the safety lever down to deactivate the safety; on the PPS/PPQ, you flip it up to deactivate the safety.
2. The mag release is incorporated into the front of the trigger guard, unlike any other guns I've handled.

Neither of these things are "bad," but they're entirely different from how I've trained and learned to handle a gun. For the person who's comfortable w/ their manual of arms, they can be fine guns. If one's not familiar w/ the different manual of arms, it could be a problem....

I have no qualms with carrying a larger ccw than most.

I have a p22 just to plonk with an the saftey and mag release are the same on it. I don't mind them at all really.

Bama it's basically the same design as a p99 just with a different trigger and the p99 is a very proven design.

I looked at the PPQ but the mag release is a non starter for me. Have to say the rest of the gun is great but that was a dumb move on Walthe's part.
