Early Doucet, Skyler Green, Ruben Randle and Spencer Ware all say hello. Have you ever seen Beckwith play, in person? He would be a loss, trust me, even if we planned to have him take the towel waving spot formerly held by Jai Eugene and Doug Planchard. A freakishly good athlete, that played QB based on that ability in HS, much like all the others listed above did. And half of our top five current DB's.

If this kid wants to go Alabama, fine, I won't lose one minute of sleep over it.The players I want in purple and gold are the ones who grow up dreaming about playing in Tiger stadium. Beckwith is obviously not one of them or he would have commited long ago.If a kid who grows up 30 minutes from LSU has to be begged, cajoled,or pleaded with to come to LSU, a school that has as much or more to offer as any other school in the country I just can't get that excited about.
Physical talent alone should not be the only qualifier on who plays football for our Tigers.This guy is either not sure if he want's be a Tiger or he is just being an attention whore which if it is the latter does not lend well to his character.If he was from out of state I surely could understand the indecision.
So having said all of this I can take him or leave him.

Take it easy. Let these kids enjoy the recruiting process and being 18. Just because kids want to see the rest of the world and explore other colleges makes them less of a Tiger when they come here? I am a life long tiger fan but I would certainly take my visits to other parts of the country and see what's out there.

Well for me it's not about a kid's decision they are just that. It's about that little shite coming in here and grabbing our best it irk's me to no end. I am a Saban hater, didn't like his smuggness when he was here and hate it more now.

How is expert analysis affected by someone breaking an unrelated law?
If you don' personally like Pomansky, that's fine. But whatever he did in a previous job has no bearing on his credibility as a recruiting analysts. If he was the only one rating Beckwith high, you'd have a point and if you don't want to buy his service because you think he's a bad person, that's also fine, but he could be a serial killer and still be able to rate HS football players,.
