I wish the cmt uppers came available sooner. Look like a better match but oh well. The threaded bolt catch assembly

Okay, so as i posted last night i am ordering my lower on Friday. The next thing to order is my LPK. Can i get a run down on what makes these different from each other. Are they all the same? Where can i find some decent prices on the kits.
Also, do they all fit any lower? Ill post my lower to see what kind of kit i need if they don't all fit.
