Instead of buying everything at once im going to buy parts when I can afford them I can spend $100 right now. What part should I be looking for?

Blemished, stripped upper or lower receiver. Be warned when you buy the lower you have to pay the transfer fee, should be about $25 and shipping. I would purchase my parts in this order
Lower receiver
Lower Parts Kit
Upper Receiver
Bolt Carrier group
Barrel
Gas Block/System
Rails/Handguards
Sights/Optics/accessories.
