Yes. It will take its sweet time but things will return to pre December prices by the end of summer. Guns are already becoming available but ammo is the big holdup. Everything will be normal by the end of summer bar no other shootings.

I doubt ammo goes back to "normal" in 2013, but everything else will I think.
