The AR10 and AR 15 are not compatible if that is what you are asking.
I don't know if the AR 10 can hold 243 or 270 conversions. There are also at least two types of AR10 lowers that take different types of Magazines. FN FAL and someone will have to help me with the other type Armalite? DPMS? don't know off hand.
