I like muhammad and zeller for a top 5 pick. if we are around 8 or 9 i think we look at someone like macadoo or marcus smart. I dont think that we will go after noel because he is a replica of davis with less of an offensive game

I'd rather trade the pick if we aren't in the top 3.

Way to early. A this point last year, Drummond and Davis were fighting it out for 1 and 2 in a lot of mocks. A lot happens over the course of a year, and over the course the NCAA tournament, etc.
We have no clue what our record is going to be because we haven't even played at full strength.
But to answer the question:
Shabazz has got to be near the top of most lists. Perfect fit for us: nice size, would be a scorer at SF which we desperately need. He has potential to be a special SF. You've got to think that if he was on the board when the Hornets pick, it will be him.
Honestly, we are bad enough to take a look at most positions.
We could look at McCollum at PG. Ben McLemore at SG.
And keep an eye out for the Euro Rudy Gobert, 7'1" Center prospect. And obviously Cody Zeller at Center (he could go #1).

We need scoring. No matter what position they play, we take them if they are legit scorers.
It's not like we're too deep at any position that any one guy wouldn't be a take. PF is the only position you could argue we don't take a guy at, but if the best available is a PF, take him.
That being said, I like Muhammad, McLemore, and McCollum, in that order.
If Noel is there I'd take him, but I bet he goes before our pick.
Pretty meh on Zeller.
Pretty meh on all the SF prospects (McAdoo, Poythress, Mitchell, etc).

LeBron if we can get the top pick. if not, then Durant would be pretty good

It really all depends on when we draft and who is there, but Shabazz is #1 for our needs. If he keeps his current trajectory, Burke could end up #2 for me. The guys just seems to be what we need. However, that pretty much kills the Rivers to PG experiment and could create an issue with Gordon/Rivers at the 2.

I wouldn't mind one of the top SF prospects (Shabazz, Poythress, Otto Porter).
I think Vazquez has earned the right (so far) to keep the starting job for another year at least, so I don't think we should go for a PG.
That being said, best player available is always a good way to go

Could just use Rivers as a 6th man
