I hope this season ends with Dexter getting caught and going on the run. Next season is him on the run, wrecking havoc on people. He's already bucked the "dark passenger" shite and hardly follows the code at all. So him on the run only looking out for his own skin could be quite bloody.

Of course the series will have to end with Dexter dying. I don't see any other way
