He might practice a bit this week, but they don't expect him to play Sunday. What I'm really worried about is next week.. I'm a Hernandez owner and this could be a huge blow

Hernandez will still produce next week even if Gronk comes back. Even if he does come back then, his snaps will likely be limited IMO.

Hernandez is why I'm still alive..having him as a flex is really putting me over the top.. He's better than most RB2s
