Both well deserved.

Now onto the starters speculation...

What are we feeling in the field it will look like? Obviously a lot of big changes from last year. I feel like the pitching rotation will be Nola-Eades-(Glenn?).

Can't blame just Rhymes for the super regional performance...everyone had a hand on that good and bad.

Nola
Eades
The Cune/Bonvillian/LeMarche

One of those 3 IMO will end up on Sunday starter.

So excited for baseball.

My 2 year old runs around the house saying "beeball, beeball, beeball" all day. I think he is excited too

That's awesome my man. I hope one day when I have a kid (a son, please) he does the same.

I believe we'll be fine pitching wise. Hitting and base running...another story.

LaMarche is a reliever

I think Glenn has a better shot than McCune or Bonvillian

I actually think hitting will be fine, the pitching is what I have less confidence in. Mostly the lack of an ace.

I have pretty good confidence in Nola, but I worry about Sundays and whoever will be closing. My gut says Rumbelow will get first crack at closing.

We need Rumbelow to step up this year and be the closer we can rely on (a la Goody minus the end of the year).

How good is the team expected to be this year?

With exception of Katz, the entire team pretty much blew their load. Rhymes had me convinced he was a fluke by the end of the SR. A singles hitter that doesn't single. What is that worth.

That said, I'm sure he'll be dependable again during the season.

Guess I should clarify...timely hitting.
