Bama, UGA and tOSU can go in there and get guy's, so can LSU.
LSU will be fine and so will Bama/Arky/UGA, etc but we will all absolutely lose some kids now to ATM that would have been leaving TX in years past.

That would be the case if they were still in the Big 12 and were good. There are a ton on LSU grads in Texas and more and more regular students from Texas going to LSU. I see no reason to think we will not keep getting 2-4 guys on avg from Texas. This was not a big year for the positions we needed. Recruiting is about who you get, not who you don't.
