You just go to: http://www.freerealms.com/https://www.clonewarsadventures.com/index.action and log in with your PS2 username and password. I went to the "next step" and clicked the "I Agree" checkbox, but I didn't actually download any client or game installer, I just closed the website. 85 SC per website was dropped into my account immediately, strangely with no confirmation or "enjoy your promo" message.
