UConn and Cincy should just play as independents for a couple years and hope to get invited to one of the real conferences. Playing Memphis, UCF, Temple, SDSU, and East Carolina does absolutely nothing to help them. Just go on a 1980's type Florida State plan.

I keep forgetting USF also gets left behind in a decimated Big East 
I could see Uconn getting an invite pretty soon, probably cincy as well.. USF is just stuck.
