I have no idea what show that is because I don't ever watch abc family, but it wouldn't surprise me if nowadays they had shows I wouldn't watch with my kids. That said, there is a difference in tv between crude language/humor, explicit sex or violence, and handling more mature themes or situations well. My kids haven't been exposed to the first 2, but we talk about the latter, even with them being young.
