You'd be surprised. With internet issues that always crop up I'd say 1 min per pick is about average. We have way more than 60 picks to do.

That rarely works out like you'd hope. Are Tues, Thurs, Friday, and Saturdays definitely out? It just doesn't make sense to try to squeeze a draft in an hour for a couple members unless it is of last resort.
