Sold 4 songs to Disney past year, 2000-3000 per track, keep 50% of royalties, average 1-2 year past 5-6 years

What songs? How did you go about getting them to even listen?

I had a record deal back in the day on Interscope, got dropped like bad habit. in process My group was scouted pretty hard by Hollywood Records, it was between us and Plain White Tee's, guess who won? but remained good friends with President of a&r and after my debacled music career, kept writing and selling songs, got a couple top 40's in Austrailia, Japan, and Germany, but no chart toppers or mainstream acts here in US, so I'm a glorified jingle writer, just for the "shake it up" tween Disney crowd. My niece thinks I'm cool!

Also do a ton of placements for WB, Discovery, had the theme song to a dish network show about MySpace.

Parlayed that with Getty, also work with Fundamental, as I update my catalog they shop it to these type shows, get me spots. There's music in all these shows if you pay attention.

When these shows hit reruns, syndication on several networks, and go international is where you can make serious $ on royalties($2000-$3000 more than initial payment, spread out about a year)
