I've never been banned, but I usually reread posts before clicking send to make sure I've not gone too far. I also started to make a conscious effort to not read the in game thread too many times to avoid getting angry.
Besides, somebody has to stick around and request for you guys to be unbanned.

Avoiding game days has helped me a lot. The tardation is just too deep for my boots to get through. We have a pretty strong and decent sized group of core posters here. If you look at the first page of ST and don't recognize posters or repliers names it's usually a good time to stay away.

Been damn close though 
It seems the game day threads almost get us all.
Can't remember which game it was but I couldn't take the idiocy anymore and started making a bunch of threads to highlite. Was lucky not to get the banhammer even if it did hurt my skreet cred.

The Rant was bad last year, but ST stayed pretty even keeled. The Rant has been unbearable this year, and some of the Rantardedness has spilled over here. If the trend continues, and next season the Rant makes me want to smash small animals with a sledge hammer, I fear for what ST will look like.
