I agree with you Breesus. I think this slightly favors Saints. Maybe beefs up Vilmas defamation suit?

Perhaps. Hopefully Vilma presses ahead since his name was not cleared even though his penalty was vacated. Don't know if wiping away the penalty will give the league enough ammo to argue before Berrigan that the case is somehow moot and is now falls entirely within the confines of the CBA. If that argument can be successful, then there is the "brilliance" in Tags' ruling.
