That's why I asked if he signed. Now I know the answer I can go mourn the loss of the badger. Gonna be interesting to see what happens with weed and NCAA rules in the future as more states make it legal.

It doesn't matter if all 50 states make it legal. It still violates federal law.

Not really. Even if its legal it will still be a controlled substance which requires a prescription from a doctor to obtain. So the NCAA will not change its policies unless it becomes legalized by the federal goverment to the point where it doesn't require a prescription to obtain and anyone over the age of 18 or 21 can buy it at any grocery store like tobacco or alcohol, which is way more than 4 years from happening, IMO
