0-3 cause of brees?
I can't agree with this , pocket protection has been sub-par, receiivers have been dropping passes. Do you notice how Graham isnt coming back to the ball. The only problem i see what brees is he has put too much responsibility on himself. This will get rectified once Payton is back.

Drew has won a lot more games that he has lost, the pressure is on him this season because he feels he has to try to carry this team.

The whole "We won a Superbowl because of Drew" argument is just plain wrong.
He played a huge part, but we made it to the Superbowl and won because of Drew AND a great turnover-creating scoring defense AND a quality running game.
The 2009 defense was THIRD in the NFL in int's (reg season).
Funny how people forget and place everything on Drew (good and bad).

I know Drew's performance has been off the last few weeks, just like everyone does. I can't hang this one on him, when we can't contain kick-off coverage, hang on to the ball after a catch, or fight for a ball when it's thrown to you. It was a total TEAM loss, not any individual player, it was everyone. It's easy to blame crap on the QB when things don't go right, but you can't tell if a receiver runs the correct route or not.

Yes, he has sucked as of late, but where would the Saints be without him? I give him a pass on anything that happens in this f#$ked up year for the Saints.
They guy won a fricking Super Bowl for the Saints!, Hell I'd give him a pass as long as he needs.
I agree it is frustrating. No on likes to see their star struggle.

This is starting to get aggravating. Yes, he might have cost you a victory, but you act like the other elite QBs haven't. Manning has lost games, Brady has lost games, Aaron Rodgers has lost games, hell Eli goes through a rut like this EVERY SINGLE SEASON.
Brees is a hell of a leader and a HoF quarterback. If he's not allowed to have a bad month, I don't know who is.
