Our staff will not be a crowd pleaser besides Tee and Graham. However, our crowds consist of morons and the mentally retarded so I don't think it matters.

You guys just had a bunch of insiders saying Gruden was a done deal, and everyone got use to the idea.
Thats happens with all fanbases, but you guys have alot larger, dedicated fanbase. So it just seems worse.

I think they'll do fine. I get your point about having home run hires but a lot of times it's the unknown coaches who turn out to be superstars.
In 07 there's a great example of this. Michigan went with the big name coach (Rich Rod) over a then little known coach named Jim Harbaugh. How different would things be for UM now

I dont think so, Jones did mention the value of ex players and what they meant to the program. I dont know if that translates into Tee getting a job.
Tee is someone that alot of Vols wanted before Jones was hired. They know him as a player that lead them to an NC, I dont think many know much about his coaching ability.

Here is all you need to know about Jancek and his evaluating talent. He offered Chase Vasser and Dexter Moody first over Jarvis Jones, but he did offer Jones much later. On his in home with Jarvis Jones he fell asleep. He is the reason Jarvis went to USC.
Kevin Minter begged for a UGA offer that same year, but Jancek thought he was not good enough so we took Mike Gilliard, Vasser, and Moody. LSU should send Jancek thank you cards... Jancek was told to look elsewhere for a job after that recruiting cycle...

where are you guys getting information on his new staff? UT sports still lists all of Dooley's old staff even though we all know most of them will get the boot.
