Smart move. He had on 1 year left on contract & he has not endeared himself to TT fans. 50/50 chance he would have been fired at end of 2013. He gets to start over in an easier conference. I never thought he as a good fit for the Raiders.

His wife's family lives ~1 hr away from Cincy's campus. She's flakey as hell, so he might need some help holding her down.
